Stevenson Massage has always prided itself on putting customers first and upholding a high level of hygiene and cleanliness to keep our customers safe. As a health clinic, we also have a duty of care under Health & Safety Legislation to take steps to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all customers and staff as far as reasonably practical.
Since opening in January 2019, the measures that the clinic takes to achieve this are:
- All towels used are laundered after each customer.
- Couch roll and disposable face covers are safely disposed of after each customer.
- Every surface is wiped and disinfected after each customer.
- The Massage Therapist washes and disinfects hands after being in contact with each customer.
- Massage Wax is decanted in to a smaller separate container, which is then washed after each customer to avoid cross-contamination in the Massage Wax tub.
As the ongoing Coronavirus situation is rapidly changing by the day, measures that you can carry out for your own safety and hygiene, and to help maintain clinic cleanliness are as follows:
- As you enter the premises of Bonnington Bond you will see bottles of hand sanitizer about for you to use before entering the Stevenson Massage clinic.
- You may bring your own towel to the clinic to be used during the massage session, if you prefer.
- Please do not visit the clinic if you have recently travelled from a highly infected area as you could be carrying the virus without bearing any symptoms yet.
- Please do not visit the clinic if you not feeling well, have a cough, cold or fever, or if you have been in direct contact with anyone who has the aforementioned symptoms.
