I have always carried what feels like a million knots in my shoulders and back. I no longer do! As expected there are some areas of tenderness but she not only relaxed the knots, she guided me on post massage treatments. I 💯 recommend Alessia and Stevenson massage. Also worth mentioning, they were extremely accommodating with appointment flexibility. My son had a massage with Darragh and he was shocked that his neck and jaw pain were gone! Magic!

He helped to ease my shoulder and neck pain and improve my mobility, as well as giving me some really helpful physio exercises to work on at home. Usually, my pain gets significantly worse for a few days after a massage with other therapists, but Darragh’s technique is intense while still leaving me feeling better the next day rather than worse. He recently helped me with my shoulder and neck pain just the day before an important exam, and my shoulders barely hurt at all, even though I was in a lot of pain the day before! He’s super friendly, communicative, and funny, so I never feel awkward during the session. Having tried dozens of massages across Edinburgh, this is by far my favorite. He is definitely one of my favorite massage therapists, and I’ll certainly be coming back!

I was looking for a really good sports masseuse and I hit the jackpot with Darragh. I regularly get massages back home, so I know the difference between good and rubbish. Being over 100kg and fairly muscular,  I worry that I might be a bit challenging for a masseur. Darragh however had no problems with me and he was able to zero in on all the affected areas as described needing urgent attention. I live in Hobart Australia and wish Darragh was there too. He is fantastic and I recommend him highly to those wanting a proper sports and therapeutic massage.
