C) Therapists

  1. All our Massage Therapists are registered and insured through their professional body for Professional and Public liability e.g Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
  2. All our Massage therapists hold the relevant qualifications for their role at Stevenson Massage and are fully insured for professional and public liability through a reputable insurer.

D) Gift Vouchers and e-Vouchers

  1. Stevenson Massage Gift Vouchers and e-Vouchers will expire 6 months after the purchase date.
  2. Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.
  3. Stevenson Massage Gift Vouchers and e-Vouchers purchased are non-refundable.
  4. Stevenson Massage Gift Vouchers and e-Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. Stevenson Massage reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher or e-Voucher in payment or part payment of any item where it reasonably suspects that the Gift Voucher or any amount on it may have been stolen, tampered with, duplicated or obtained in another illegal way.
  6. Please treat this Gift Voucher or e-Voucher as cash. Stevenson Massage will not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers or e-Vouchers.
  7. Please allow 7 days to receive your Gift Voucher, or 48 hours to receive your e-Voucher.

E) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Stevenson Massage and its related companies, affiliates, employees, agents and representatives, and to hold them harmless from any and all damages, losses, taxes, duties, fees, expenses, claims and liabilities (including legal fees) (“Claims”) that may arise from the use of the Stevenson Massage Website.
